I use the “Success Triangle” diagnostic tool to understand reasons for team and individual behaviour and performance.

I have used this to proactively guide the success of desired behaviours, practices and results and reactively to understand the causes of current or past behaviours and outcomes.

Each side of the Success Triangle interacts with the other side, so the action taken in relation to one element will typically have a flow-on effect on other elements.
